Delton Brown, the founder of Brown's Roofing, Inc., started like most in the industry. Hard beginnings and a drive to develop his own dream. From entry laborer to foreman and onto taking a risk and going on his own. Delton always chose the necessary path, despite difficulty and the unknown. Alongside his wife Norma, they pursued their dream and steered their family in a new direction in order to provide a future for their children and future generations.

Meet the Brown Family

Delton Brown
President
Delton Brown actively started roofing over 60 years ago. Experience achieved through action is the best way to describe Dale's knowledge of the industry. This many years in the industry is achieved through a record of good business practices and integrity. Delton currently consults on projects and daily operations.
Randy Brown
Vice President
Randy Brown began helping on the roofs as a teen with his father, grandfather, and uncle. Through 35+ years of experience, Randy has gone through all phases of roofing. His father started him as a laborer to appreciate the process. Through the years and many roofs, Randy is now acting Vice President and Head of Operations. You will still see Randy assisting with installations and advising on installation, repair, and maintenance procedures.
Justin Brown
Field Superintendent
Justin, Randy's oldest son, entered the industry directly after graduating High School. Achieving 15+ years of hands-on experience in roofing and sheet metal installations. Justin is now the Roofing Superintendent, heading and maintaining proper installation practices and setting the standard for our technicians. Along with installations, Justin oversees our safety requirements, audits, and organizes employees training for current and new employees. Maintaining a standard of quality and safety across all of our projects to ensure customer peace of mind.
Devin Brown
Project Management
Devin is the youngest of Randy's sons. Entering 8 years as a full-time employee at Brown's Roofing, Inc. Working part-time prior to, while attending college at Marian University. Devin graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Sports Management with a Business Minor. Devin Followed the path of each member of the company, entering as a laborer and working up through the ranks. Currently a Project Manager and Estimator. Also assisting with operations and brand development. Kelli Hoyt
Operations Manager
Kelli Hoyt, Office Administrator and Treasurer, is Delton and Norma's daughter. Kelli is no stranger to the industry. Years of shadowing her Mother Norma to learn the flow of the company and operating procedures to ensure optimal working order amongst staff. Kelli is the frontline for new and current customers. From enrollment to directing current customers in the right direction based on their current needs.
